Kaleidoscope Bracelet
Dimensions:
beaded cabochon 30mm x 40mm
length 198mm (7 inches)
The focal of this one-of-a-kind bracelet is a Kaleidoscope Jasper cabochon chosen for its high contrast and bold strokes. It is a rare stone that comes from the Kaleidoscope Jasper Mine in the state of Oregon. The deposit was found in the Winter of 2007/2008 by Dale Rhode (D. 2021), and his sons.
The cabochon is surrounded by a peyote stitch bezel of chocolate brown, turquoise, and gold colored glass beads. The strands are directly attached. Each side consists of three 10 mm round turquoise beads, two 8mm red agate beads, brown glass beads, with antique gold-plated rondelles between each bead. This piece is completed with an antique gold-plated lobster clasp and spring ring.
